As part of the ‘Andalusia History and Civilization’ Initiative, a cultural symposium titled ‘Andalusia: Where Civilization and Culture Converge’ will take place at the Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi, from February 20th to February 21st, 2024. This symposium aims to enhance knowledge about Andalusian civilization and highlight its contributions to the advancement of culture, science, and arts.
The panel discussions will explore various topics, such as Andalusian literature, sciences and knowledge in Andalusia, as well as the legacy of the Moriscos in art and literature. This symposium is an integral part of the Andalusia Initiative, aimed at highlighting the significance of the Andalusian civilization as one of the most remarkable historical eras.
